IT GOVERNANCE OFFICER (Operation Resilience -2)
Responsibilities:
- To be a team member of Information Technology Department.
- Assist supervisor in developing a reliable IT governance framework, maintaining high-level standard on IT service management and promoting continuous improvement.
- Assist supervisor in reviewing and enhancing IT governance framework to support the achievement of corporate strategy and objectives.
- Implement IT governance related policies, processes and guideline to maintain a proactive conformance and oversight program.
- Facilitate communication across IT Department and business units on IT governance initiatives.
- Liaise frequently and build close relationships with different business units to complete the assignments.
- Be innovative and clear mind-set to purpose ideas to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Implement and execute annual training plan for department staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-5 years' work experience in information technology management or IT governance, risk and compliance or project coordination.
- University graduate, preferably major in Information Technology, Computer Science related subjects.
- Fundamental knowledge on IT operational asset management and general accounting principles.
- Experience in project planning, policy and procedure writing.
- Experience in Operational Resilience framework development is definitely an advantage.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent in English is preferable; can speak in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills.
- Mature and capable of providing high quality customer services.
- Sound knowledge in MS Project / Excel / Visio / PowerPoint / MIS Reporting.
