Description:
Our client is a multi-national bank and is looking for a Support System Analyst to join its team with regional exposure.
The incumbent will support its corporate banking platform which is developed using up-to-date technologies by the regional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Handle issues raised in JIRAs by providing the root cause analysis and estimating the works
required for fixing or new development - Monitor the closure of JIRAs
- Provide the 7x24 support to the worldwide L3 for the critical production issues
- Be prepared to be available for call on duty in case of critical incident which requires quick fix
or immediate technical investigation - Be prepared to work on shifts including evening, weekends and holidays
- Follow-up on application quick fixes
- Handle non-program change package delivery such as SQL fix.
- Assess risks and propose suitable actions
Requirements:
- Analytical skills to identify root cause of issues
- Good communications in English to understand and explain the issues
- Client facing and able to work towards the mission
- Team player to collaborate and share
- In-depth knowledge on:
- JAVA
- Hibernate
- Spring Boot
- Micro-service architecture
- IBM MQ series / Active MQ
- Performance analysis skills - Basic knowledge on:
- Oracle database
- Unix AIX / Linux
- CD/CI tools: GIT / Jenkins
- Build tools: Maven / Node.js
- Web development skills: Angular 8 / HTML / Javascript / CSS / XML
- IDE: Eclipse / Intellij
- Internet security concept
