My client, a reputable public organization, seeks a group of experienced System Analysts (SA) for transformation initiatives. Suitable candidates shall play a key role in assisting the systems manager to 1) liaise with users to gather user requirements; 2) study and analyse system requirement and 3) implement new Oracle Finance solutions with the goal to achieve the transformation objectives. Furthermore to lead and supervise the overall technical design, build and maintenance of systems in a team environment to ensure systems meet their functional, operational and performance requirements. Translates business requirements into technical requirements and develops system design specifications.
Requirements for ERP Finance module-centered SA:
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level with exposure in large scale Oracle EBS implementation.
- Hands-on experience in ERP implementation especially in Oracle Inventory (not mandatory) and either Purchasing and Supply Chain or Financials modules, including General Ledger
- Sound technical knowledge in applications with an ability to design and develop custom extensions, conversions and interfaces in an Oracle R12 EBS environment
- Comprehensive understanding of Business Planning Processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate users' needs into technical requirements with practical recommendations and innovative ideas
- Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Requirements for Integration-centered SA:
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant practical experience in large scale enterprise systems integration projects, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
- At least 3 years enterprise systems integration in relevant business domains including financial accounting, project management and engineering
- Deep experience in architecture design and hands-on development using various common integration technologies and standards including API-based (RESTful, AsynchAPI) and file-based integration methods (FTP, SFTP, CSV, JSON) and associated implementation & governance considerations.
- Experience working with enterprise integration hubs such as MuleSoft, Talend, Informatica or similar.
- Proficient in integration testing tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to review, validate and troubleshoot technical requirements with practical recommendations and innovative solutions
- Highly motivated team-player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
