Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise network systems (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls) across the Asia Pacific region.
- Develop and enforce network security policies and standards to protect data and systems.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve network performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) for emerging network solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to regional IT teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues and optimize performance.
- Monitor network traffic, conduct capacity planning, and maintain documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships and contribute to project planning and budgeting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure management.
- Expertise in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN, WLAN, firewalls, SD-WAN, and SDN.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNP, CISSP) preferred.
